Each positioning cushion is built with medical-grade ProSoft™ CORE PUL, the same high-performance barrier fabric used in Level 4 hospital gowns. It’s soft, durable, waterproof, and easy to wipe clean — with a built-in hidden TPU layer that provides quiet, flexible leak protection. This U.S.–made fabric is eco-friendly and completely free from harmful chemicals, including PFOS, PFOA, BPA, and all major phthalates.

Inside, each cushion features a closed-cell PVC/NBR foam core designed to hold its shape while staying comfortable and supportive. The foam naturally resists moisture, maintains its structure with everyday use, and performs reliably across a wide range of temperatures. It offers the perfect balance of firmness and give, making these cushions ideal for therapy, positioning, seating, special-needs support, and daily home use.
